🌿 Part one: before you start therapy, ‘My Therapy Pages’ is here to help you find the best fit for you.


📝 Part two: when you start, there are pages to complete before and after each of your sessions, up to 12 sessions. Review your progress after 6, 8 and 10 sessions. At the end of the 12th session, review the journey as a whole.


🌟 Part three: pages specially to help you when something goes wrong in the therapy relationship, these will support you in any rupture and explore how you typically repair relationship difficulties..

You’ll see that each page comes with a ‘How To’ guide. These give you some ways you can answer the prompts and questions, and guide you on what to think about. There is also plenty of empty space for you to use to express yourself more freely. You might like to draw your feelings, or your therapist!
